PASCACK HILLS HIGH SCHOOL
Benefit party for Noah’s Gifts Foundation

On Friday, Feb. 8, Pascack Hills High School students Stephanie Mactus and Audrey Eisenberg held a benefit party for the charity Noah’s Gifts Foundation at Powerhouse Studies in Paramus.

Over 250 people paid 15 dollars each for a bracelet, in memory of Noah, to attend and raised an estimated over $7,000 with help from sponsors Associated Life Brokerage, Kaiser Financial Group, and others.

“We sincerely hope that those who supported and attended the party will realize the good that is being done and had fun at the same time,” Mactus said.

Noah Price was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor when he was 3 months old. He fought hard and eventually overcame the brain tumor but at age 3 he was diagnosed with secondary leukemia ad passed in October 2005.

Mactus and Eisenberg babysat his sisters and helped the family through their situation. Noah was “a very sweet boy and full of life.”

The Noah’s Gifts Foundation was established to help other families going through the same thing and sponsor cancer research. To donate money or find out more information go onto www.noahsgifts.org.
